• The trees reach for the sun. 
• The chipmunks with cataracts gather nuts. 
• Survival is work.
• Planting a garden is work.
• Exercise is work.
• Losing weight is work.
• Grief is work.
• Joy is work and uses energy.

Andrew Carnegie once said:

"You must capture and keep the heart of the original and supremely able man before his brain can do its best." This also applies to women.... Obviously Mr. Carnegie would have used a more polite and inclusive term if he were working today... 

Excellent Care is not about your BP in the computer. This does matter, but WHY is more important. Why is it high (or low)? Is it high because you have traumatic childhood memories of doctors? Or is it really high all the time. Do you care? I do....

Does your practitioner have the same goal for you as you have for yourself? 

Does your insurance ensure you have the tools you need to optimize your function? Or are they just taking your money and giving little back?  

Excellent care is knowing your provider has your back. They are looking out for YOU. The imperfect you. Excellence is somewhat rare. It is not rushed. This is not a factory and YOU are not a widget. 

The best provider is going to sometimes say NO. Set boundaries. But be there for you on both side of the hill. 

I have a comfy office, but your cozy chair future client is being shipped. I am not sure when they will arrive based on the performance of our nations' current system. Hesitant to have a grand opening:)

My new office has space. Space to start and grow and travel and still be available. All the things I have thought of and presented and never got support for like group visits. I CAN GO ON TOUR and see you in Portland this summer if you like.....

During my down time I can do lunges and squats and increase this metabolic rate so I can get my life back, and help you find yours.
